I bought a home and used Mike Conroy from Alpha Home Inspection. Home had all kinds of electrical problems. Mike explained and showed the problems to me. Dude is crazy touching all the wires he does. Saved me a pile of money. Great job Mike.
I had owned a home that turned out to be a money pit. When buying my next home I wanted an inspection company that does a better inspection that the last inspection company. I wanted a guy that could answer my questions during the inspection. I checked around and came up with Alpha Home Inspection being the company. I met the inspector Mike Sporik at the home. We started the inspection and I was kind of hard on him because of my last inspector. He just smiled and kept doing his inspection and explaining what he was looking at and why. After a while I realized this guy knew his stuff. I am happy with the inspection. I would recommend Alpha and Sporik to anyone.

We used Alpha Home Inspection for our home inspection. Ray did a great job explaining how the home operated. He showed us water and gas shutoffs and how to change filters and maintenance tips It seemed no mater what we asked he was able to explain it in simple terms that we were able to understand. We are first time home buyers and we felt so much more comfortable and better informed after the inspection. I would recommend Ray and Alpha Home Inspection to anyone we wants a Home Inspection.

When we purchased our home we chose Alpha Home Inspection to do the home inspection. Wow am I glad I did. The home was constructed in 1967. It was somewhat dated and many minor items were found during the inspection. We expected that because the home was kind of a fixer upper. When we went to the basement to finish the inspection Kevin noted the walls had been painted. I thought they looked good. Upon a closer look Kevin showed me that the walls had been repaired and painted with a dark paint to mask the repairs. He used a 6' level to determine that the walls had a bulge. He found three of the four basement walls had the same problem. A foundation repair contractor was brought in and the total for repairs was $15000.00 dollars. That would have been on us had we not had Alpha do the inspection.
